«The canton of Fribourg has become one of the most attractive economic locations in the world thanks, in no small part, to its ability to innovate. This status, which Fribourg now enjoys, perfectly illustrates what can be achieved when you combine a visionary project with hard work and commitment. In the not-so-distant past, "High-tech in the Green" was nothing more than a simple advertising slogan. Now, it has become a reality».

«Given that we’ve lived in many different countries over the course of our respective careers, I think that we have accumulated enough experience to be able to compare Switzerland to other business locations. Where I am personally concerned, I was amazed by the warm and heartfelt welcome we received on our arrival in Fribourg. This openness is undoubtedly due to the fact that the canton has been home to two distinct cultures - French- and German-speaking - for centuries.»
